Base pay - Hourly Wage (paid semi-monthly)

Retirement Plan-Simple IRA- employer matching contributions after each paycheck. Matching is 100% up to 3% of employee’s semi-monthly contributions.
Accrued vacation starting at 1.7 hours per pay period amounting to 40 hours in the first year, increasing 1 day or .33 hours per pay period annually until max at 120 hours (3 weeks)
