EMEAI CBT Business Operations Excellence Leader

As a Business Operations Excellence Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and process improvement within the EMEAI region. You will be responsible for leading and managing business operations, deploying robust data analytics instrumentation on key KPIs and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in achieving business objectives. You will report directly to our EMEAI President and youll work out of our EMEAI headquarters in Rolle, Switzerland. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving information management and data harmonization, operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, drive change management, and monitor performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage business operations within the EMEAI region

• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives

• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement efforts

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Improve visual management, KPI tracking, and reporting

• Coordinate business activities to meet deliverables with a rigorous MOS

• Develop and deploy standard work to support business execution across customer core teams

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in operations management or process improvement roles
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
