ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our commercial teams engage with customers by translating strategic insights into actionable enablement. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Sales, ensuring that our go-to-spanet efforts are not only well-coordinated but also deeply informed by spanet dynamics and customer needs.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales enablement strategy that empowers teams to confidently communicate our value proposition, address customer challenges, and drive business growth.

By aligning enablement content with our positioning and supporting the Product Marketing Manager in crafting tailored materials, you will help ensure that every customer interaction is backed by clarity, relevance, and impact.

Your work will also foster knowledge sharing across the teams, ensuring that key product information linked to the enablement materials flows seamlessly to those who need it most.

This is a strategic role that demands commercial sharpness, customer empathy, and strong project management and communication skills to deliver enablement initiatives that are scalable, effective, and aligned with our business priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop & Execute Sales Enablement Strategy: Design a scalable, product-tailored enablement approach using our go-to-spanet framework, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the right tools, insights, and confidence to engage customers.
  • Create & Maintain Enablement Content: Collaborate with Product Marketing to produce and continuously refine high-impact materials such as product pitches, competitive insights, FAQs, and demo scripts that support every stage of the sales journey.
  • Optimize Knowledge Sharing & Processes: Establish and own systems to organize, update, and distribute critical sales information across formats and channels, ensuring commercial teams have timely access to what they need.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a strategic connector between Marketing, Product, and Sales, ensuring enablement efforts reflect spanet realities and customer needs while supporting consistent messaging across teams.
  • Enhance Sales Training & Performance: Deliver engaging learning experiences, support onboarding and continuous development, and refine enablement strategies based on feedback and performance insights.
  • Measure & Report Impact: Define success metrics for enablement initiatives, track adoption and effectiveness, and report outcomes to stakeholders to inform ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • Sales Enablement Expertise: 5+ years of experience in enablement, knowledge management, training, or go-to-spanet strategy, working closely with business development and commercial teams in the B2B technology sector.
  • Project Management Strength: Proven PMO capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex workflows.
  • Excellent Communication & Facilitation: Confident storyteller and trainer, fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong Content & Learning Design: Skilled in creating engaging, audience-tailored enablement materials across formats, especially for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process & Tool Optimization: Experienced in improving sales processes and leveraging tools such as CRM platforms and competitive intelligence systems.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, aligning diverse teams around shared goals.

  • Cross-product Storytelling: Skilled at connecting spanet realities and business needs to craft compelling, customer-centric narratives across diverse topics and formats.
  • Global Experience: Comfortable working across geographies, with an understanding of cultural nuances that influence how enablement content is received and applied by international teams.
  • Aviation Market Familiarity: Awareness of the unique dynamics within the aviation industry, especially airline operations, which helps tailor enablement strategies to sector-specific challenges and opportunities.
