CoreOps Services Private Limited (a subsidiary of Air Arabia PJSC) caters to the global business operations of the Air Arabia group and provides operations support to the Air Arabia parent company as well as its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates worldwide. CoreOps” focuses on centralizing, standardizing, and streamlining processes for efficient functioning of the business

Job Purpose

To provide specialized support to travel trade partners and group sales clients by executing user access administration, ticketing, group reservation processing, and exception handling in accordance with airline procedures and commercial policies. The role ensures accurate system updates, timely issue resolution, compliance with fare rules, and contributes to commercial performance by supporting Sales, Commercial, and trade channels.

Key Result Responsibilities

Trade Support

  • Administer user access for travel agencies and trade partners, including password resets, account activations, and deactivations, with timely communication to Commercial teams.
  • Verify & process redeemable tickets based on approvals received from Sales or Customer Support, ensuring accurate posting against trade accounts.
  • Process and action requests related to exceptions, re-bookings, cancellations, refunds, and special approvals in line with SOPs.
  • Issue tickets and process related requests as approved by the Sales Team.
  • Coordinate with IT to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues raised by trade partners.

Group Sales Support

  • Execute end-to-end processing of group reservations from inquiry, quotation, booking, ticket issuance, and post-sale service.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for group sales clients and trade partners; provide information on fares, products, policies, and booking procedures.
  • Apply airline fare rules, policies, promotions, and commercial directives for group and trade sales and stays updated on the airlines fare rules, policies, and promotional offers.
  • Support Sales in maintaining relationships with key trade partners, including assisting with promotional activities.
  • Handle escalations from trade partners professionally and in accordance with service expectations.
  • Administer and maintain accurate records of group and trade transactions; prepare performance, sales, and revenue-related reports.
  • Utilize airline reservation and ticketing systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and internal tools to perform daily tasks.
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Aviation Management, or related discipline.
  • IATA or GDS certification (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage.
  • Competence in using various software and systems, including Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and airline-specific platforms.
  • Working knowledge of airline reservation and GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), fare rules, and ticketing processes.
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow SOPs in high-volume environments.
    Fluent in English Language. 
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot booking and system issues with guidance.
  • Customer-service mindset with clear communication when dealing with trade partners and internal teams.
  • Exposure to high-volume ticketing and structured SOP environments is desirable.
Work Experience
  • With 2–4 years of experience in airline reservations, ticketing, GDS operations, or trade/customer support.
  • Experience supporting group sales or travel trade operations is preferred.
