JOB TITLE:  Aerospace Sales Manager

 SALARY: $105K - $120K + 15+ Bonus

Summary:  
  Oversee customer quotation requests, including downloading solicitations and submitting bids
 Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with terms, quality notes, and regulatory requirements
 Manage risk assessments at both quotation and contract levels
 Track and report sales KPIs, including revenue, bookings, win/loss rates, pricing, and margins
 Maintain compliance with ITAR, export classification, and US Export Control regulations
 Handle customer interactions through calls, site visits, and industry conferences
 Develop and maintain new and existing customer accounts
 Review and follow up on customer surveys to address concerns and improve satisfaction
 Authorize product returns and collaborate with quality teams to prevent recurring issues
 Supervise Sales Team, including Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Estimators
 Collaborate with Site Leader, Outside Sales, and Corporate Executives on growth strategies
 Participate in weekly production meetings to assess job status and address potential delays
 Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing
 Ensure adherence to AS9100D and NADCAP standards; participate in audits and compliance checks
 
Required Skills:
  5+ years managing sales processes and sales teams
 Experience with government bids and quotes (DIBBS & ALICORP portals)
 Proven ability to generate new sales through networking
 Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred)
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 
Desired Skills:
  Experience with EPICOR ERP, POWER BI, and Salesforce is a plus
 Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
 Ability to collaborate, motivate, and lead in a fast-paced environment
 Aerospace manufacturing sales experience
 Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives
