What You’ll Do
As a Processor, your responsibilities may include:

Masking and demasking parts before and after paint application.
Sanding and cleaning components to prepare surfaces for painting.
Using computer systems for labor tracking and data entry in the paint tracking system.
Maintaining a fast work pace under moderate pressure to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a production environment.
Comfortable using basic computer systems for job tracking.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Interview process includes in-person interviews.

Hourly Rate: $17/hr
Work Schedule Options:
- 4x10 Shift: Monday–Thursday, core hours 6 AM – 2 PM
- 5x8 Shift: Start between 4 AM – 6 AM
Subco Bonus Program: Earn up to $3,000
- $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
- $1,000 at 60 days
- $1,000 at 90 days

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
