As a Painter - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing complex painting tasks to ensure the highest quality finish on various surfaces and components. You will utilize your expertise to prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply coatings in a precise and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
In this role, you will impact the overall production quality and efficiency by delivering superior painting services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to the successful completion of projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and patching holes and cracks
- Select and mix paint colors to match specifications
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to prevent accidents and injuries

YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of experience in assembly
- Basic understanding of assembly blue prints
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards

- Knowledge of aerospace finishing specifications and standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
