We are looking for a skilled Travel Consultant / Counter Ticketing Officer to join our team!You will be responsible for handling ticket bookings, check-ins, reissuing, cancelations, and travel inquiries using Amadeus & Galileo, ensuring smooth and efficient customer service at the counter.
Handle airline ticketing (issue, reissue, refund).
Manage check-ins and customer travel inquiries.
Provide accurate fare quotations using GDS systems.
Ensure a smooth customer experience at the counter.
Maintain professional communication and attention to detail.
Requirements :
1–2 years’ experience in ticketing or airline customer service.
Strong hands-on experience with Amadeus & Galileo (Basic & Advanced).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and handle customer issues with professionalism.
