About the role

As Qatar Duty Free Spa Attendant, to assist the management and guest services teams in maintaining the spa operational, hygienic, clean and tidy, as well as furnished with adequate linen, supplies and amenities at all times.

Key accountabilities include:

• Monitor and ensure hygiene and cleanliness of both front and back of house areas. Regularly check on the changing rooms and lockers; ensure that they are clear of litter, used towels.
• Ensure adequate stock of linen, supplies and amenities; inform management when stock is low.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and guest courtesy at all times.
• Reference and abide by the spa’s Operating Procedures and Policies Manual.
• Bring linen to and from the spa’s back of house.
• Clean and maintain spa areas, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Support the guest services team with treatment room set up.
• Attend to guest needs as they arise.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
• Communicate to management any details regarding guest experience that require attention. Report any equipment issues to management.
• Accomplish concise handover in order to relay key information to the Spa Attendant who is beginning their shift.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

To be successful in this role you need to have:

• Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills, English communication skills with Entry level roles - no prior job-related work experience

Preferred

• Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred
