About the RoleIntegrates the QAS Operational Departments through a structured rotation, coaching and mentoring program. Proactively engage with QAS Departments and is responsible for the delivery of specific business-related assignments in line with Performance Management objectives. It is a developmental role to ensure the successful integration, business readiness and development within the Company. The role is in line with the Company vision to attract, develop and retain Aviation fresh graduates as future operational leaders across Qatar Aviation Services.
