Job Title: IT Administrator

Position SummaryThe IT Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting all aspects of Certified Aviation Services’ IT infrastructure, end-user devices, software applications, and network services. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can effectively troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and ensure the reliability and security of the company’s technology environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Hardware & Device Management
- Maintain, configure, and support PCs, laptops, tablets, and desktop phones. 
- Manage support equipment including monitors, keyboards, mice, cables, and chargers. 
- Administer and troubleshoot printers (including contracted services), scanners, and MiFi devices. 
- Manage cell phones and service plans (Verizon, AT&T) as well as MDM solutions. 
2. Network & Server Administration
- Maintain networking equipment including Cisco switches, routers, and related devices. 
- Support and maintain company servers, ensuring optimal performance and security. 
- Oversee internet services to all stations, including wiring and service contracts. 
- Manage phone services for ONT/LAX and conference bridge systems. 
3. Software & Web Services Administration
- Administer Microsoft services including Office 365, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint. 
- Support Amazon Web Services (AWS) configurations and applications. 
- Maintain and renew company websites (CAS and Aerospan) through respective hosting providers. 
- Administer specialized platforms including Qualtrax, Acuman, MyBoeingFleet, Basecamp, and Kaseya. 
4. User Account & Access Management
- Create, configure, and decommission user accounts (email, computer logins, phone access, etc.). 
- Manage access requests and permissions for internal and external systems. 
5. Infrastructure Support
- Ensure stable and secure IT infrastructure across all company locations. 
- Manage wiring contracts and telecom services for corporate and field operations. 
- Oversee wireless service agreements and cost optimization. 
6. Administration & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and service agreements. 
- Track licenses, renewals, and subscriptions for IT tools and platforms. 
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, procedures, and asset inventory.
