JOBDESCRIPTION         
Looking for candidates to fill our Interior Install roles.
POSITION SUMMARY:      
Under   close   supervision,   learn to   install   fabricated   aircraftinteriors   including cabinetry components,galleys, closets, divans, lavatories, side ledges, bulkheads,   trim,   panels, carpet and   other   similar accessories in for thecompletion of VIP aircraft.      
   
ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS:   
1.               Learn how to properlyinstall fabricated   aircraft interiors.   
2.               Within 90 days you must   be able to interpret material specs andengineering drawings to ensure installed interiors   meet   thedesign spec, quality standards and customer expectations.       
3.               Learn to request material needs timely toensure a continuous workflow.   
4.               Within 90 days you must beable to adhere to all regulatory documentationregarding proper sign off, component installation, etc.   as well as be able to ensure paperwork is complied with andcompleted timely in accordance with the   Comlux   RSQM and other qualitystandards.   
5.               Follow   alldepartment safety guidelines and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.   
6.               Basic knowledge of companyinstallation procedures, process specs, IOPs, etc.   
7.               Other duties as assignedbut not covered herein.   
   
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC   
1.               High School Diploma, or GED.    Relevant tradeschool attendance is a plus.   
2.               Basic   knowledgeof the Interior Installation process as it specifically relates to the   corporate   aviation industry, in acompletions environment.       
3.               1   years   Interior Install   experience, preferably in thecorporate aviation completion environment.       
4.               Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.   
5.               Ability to read and interpret blueprints andengineering documentation.   
   
REQUIREDSKILLS AND ABILITIES:   
1.               Basic   knowledgeand   willingness to learn   allaspects of the Interior Installation process.   
2.               Willingness to obtain knowledge of the RSQM and FAArequirements as it relates to Interior Installation.   
3.               Working knowledgeof computers and   relatedsoftware utilized by   Comlux.   
4.               Willingness   toobtain working knowledge   oflean or   othercontinuous improvement opportunity techniques.   
5.               Ability to communicate in an assertive yetprofessional, motivating and tactful manner.   
   
   WORKENVIRONMENT:      
Thelocation where this position works is in an aircraft hangar environment whichcould be subject to weather changes and is subject to constant exposure to loudnoise, potential contact with hazardous waste material, heavy machinery,   andother safety hazards such as cabinets, etc.
