Responsibilities:
 - Monitor existing supplier contracts for compliance and completion of contracted work. 
- Develop and manage contract specifications and documentation for goods and services. 
- Coordinate with vendors and internal buyers; validate services rendered and support invoice processing. 
- Schedule and acquire materials, labor, and equipment for facilities-related activities and maintenance. 
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure adherence to timelines. 
- Document and improve processes related to facilities operations (e.g., safety, legal, equipment usage). 
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with departments such as Security, IT, SHEA, and Legal. 
- Track requests for building, equipment, or system services and ensure timely follow-through. 
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for facilities systems and tools. 
- Collect data from systems, perform basic analysis, and support process improvements. 
   
   
Qualifications:
 - Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent (e.g., Master’s +1 year, or 7 years of relevant experience). 
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
- 3+ years of experience in customer service roles. 
- 1+ year of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Operations, or Facilities Management. 
- Must be able to validate completion of vendor work and support invoice processing. 
- On-site work may be required depending on facilities support needs.
