WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Analyze the technical requirements and work on Solution design.
- Implementation and development of the requirements received for ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM Products and NowPlatform Capabilities and Integrations
- Ensure the requirements are delivered on time as per Sprint timelines.
- Document technical design and acceptance criteria for the requirements
- Configuration and Customization of ServiceNow platform by following the technical best practices and maintaining platform health.
- ServiceNow Platform upgrades and maintenance activities such as periodic cloning, features deprecation remediation, Patches, data import etc.
- Incidents support to restore all features and functionalities if any issue reported.
- Share and implement innovative ideas in align with our organization roadmap.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE- Experience as a Mid to Senior ServiceNow developer with overall experience of 5+ Years
- Strong experience in implementing various IT Service Management modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management and Service Catalog
- Experience in configuring the Customer Service Management module and its features according to the requirements
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery and Event Management modules
- Must have a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
- Knowledge and experience of PPM and Resource Management applications
- Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other third-party tools using Integration Hub and webservices
- Wide exposure on ServiceNow Implementation, Configuration and Customization following the technical best practices
- Hands-on experience in dealing with deployments using update sets
- Expertise in Custom module implementations
- Exposure on Regression Testing within ServiceNow
- Strong work experience and associated with activities like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations and Implementations
- Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance of team
- Design technical solutions based on customer requirements
- Hands-on experience in developing Service Catalog items and workflows
- Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, ACLs etc.,
- Experience in building and customizing Employee Center and Configuring custom topics in Virtual Agent.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience in delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with AI-driven workflows and automation
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence
- AI automations workflows and Virtual agent conversations
