Technical Training Specialist - Aerospace Manufacturing

$40.59-$45.10/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training to aerospace personnel with a focus on fabrication, assembly, composites, and quality systems.

• Apply effective instructional strategies, including preparation, delivery, assessment, and remediation, to ensure successful learning outcomes.

• Use various media and teaching techniques to engage learners and ensure content retention.

• Identify business-specific learning objectives and tailor curriculum content and delivery methods accordingly.

• Assess organizational training needs and coordinate scheduling for courses and instructors.

• Validate and manage training requests for new hires, recalls, and internal transfers.

• Provide support for training activities across all shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and typically 6+ years of related experience; or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience; or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

• Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems within an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
