Responsibilities:
 - Deliver technical training to aerospace personnel with a focus on fabrication, assembly, composites, and quality systems. 
- Apply effective instructional strategies, including preparation, delivery, assessment, and remediation, to ensure successful learning outcomes. 
- Use various media and teaching techniques to engage learners and ensure content retention. 
- Identify business-specific learning objectives and tailor curriculum content and delivery methods accordingly. 
- Assess organizational training needs and coordinate scheduling for courses and instructors. 
- Validate and manage training requests for new hires, recalls, and internal transfers. 
- Provide support for training activities across all shifts as needed. 
   
   
Qualifications:
 - Bachelor’s degree and typically 6+ years of related experience; or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience; or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. 
- Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems within an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
