Onsite in Sterling Heights, MI      
Estimated Pay Rate: $35-$45 per hour
This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on LCAT, experience, education, certifications, and other factors (geographic location, etc.)
Serve as the Scrum Master for a software development team, ensuring agile practices are followed, removing roadblocks, and promoting continuous improvement to deliver high-quality, safety-critical software systems.
Responsibilities:
 - Lead daily Team Sync meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure the development team is following agile practices and Scrum framework
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the teams progress
- Assist the product owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring work is ready for planning
- Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement and help the team to increase productivity and quality.
   
Qualifications:
 - Bachelor’s degree in a related field 
- This position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance)  
- Experience working with software development teams 
- Proficient using Jira/GitLab with the ability to interpret and act on Agile metrics 
- Experience refining technical requirements for development or proposal efforts 
- Program management experience related to schedule and timeline management 
- Familiarity with safety-critical systems/software standards (e.g., Mil-Std 882E, ISO 26262) 
- Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends 
Preferred Qualifications:
 - Masters Degree in a related discipline   
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) 
- Understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and software release cycles 
- Familiarity with defense frameworks such as: -    - Ground Common Infrastructure Architecture (GCIA) 
- Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) 
- Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA)
