Schedule: 4x10 Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As a Production Planner, you’ll play a critical role in keeping production efficient, on-time, and compliant—directly impacting the delivery of advanced aerospace solutions. Your expertise will help shape the way cutting-edge aviation projects come to life.
What You’ll DoAlign Bills of Material (BOMs) and validate production flow for optimal efficiency
Convert work instructions from CostPoint to SAP CAMS
Interpret engineering drawings and transfer technical specs into accurate work orders
Maintain work orders and engineering masters in compliance with ECOs and directives
Prioritize production work using MRP and other data, ensuring timely delivery
Advise Sales on lead times and delivery schedules
Track project progression and collaborate with Engineering on change requests
Coordinate delivery of stocked components from finished goods warehouse
Provide updates in weekly meetings and help reduce aged work orders
Monitor material availability and ensure all planning adheres to AS9100, ITAR, and DOT standards
What You’ll Bring5+ years of production planning experience in manufacturing, MOD, or overhaul environments
Experience with SAP conversions and work order management
Strong ability to read engineering drawings and technical data packages
Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of planning tools
Knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, and DOT regulations and their application to planning
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
