Saxon Aerospace is currently hiring an Aerospace Leader (Supplier Recovery) in Southern California.
As an Aerospace Leader (Supplier Recovery), you will lead an integrated team to build a comprehensive recovery plan and work transfer plan at the supplier.
Aerospace Leader (Supplier Recovery) responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance to supplier leadership on how to successfully build and execute a recovery plan that results in long-term production stability
- Establish key milestones and identify potential opportunities, risks and issues
- Track production performance to plan
- Daily meetings with Supplier cross-functional team to determine part delivery status
Experience and qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience as a manager in an aerospace manufacturing and assembly
- Must possess expert manufacturing knowledge and be capable of establishing effective communication across company leaders, supply chain personnel, recovery team members, and company employees.
This position must meet (ITAR) export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Pay: $105/hr
