Responsibilities:
 - Assemble structural, mechanical, and electrical components using manual operations and hand tools. 
- Identify necessary parts, tooling, and equipment based on technical drawings and work instructions. 
- Follow and comply with all procedural and safety requirements to ensure defect-free work. 
- Use computers to access work instructions, drawings, and digital resources in a production setting. 
- Operate a variety of hand tools and inspection equipment, including: -    - Screwdrivers, ratchets, torque tools, crimpers, power screwdrivers, and multimeters. 
 
- Inspect assemblies for quality and perform Foreign Object Debris (FOD) checks. 
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by specific tasks. 
- Maintain certifications and stay compliant with all required training. 
- Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting (10–35 lbs), and fine motor tasks (e.g., keyboarding). 
   
   
Qualifications:
 - Education: High school diploma or GED; technical school certification preferred. 
- Certifications: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain required internal certifications. 
- Experience: -    - Basic knowledge of mechanical hand tools and mechanical assembly. 
- Preferred: Proficiency in reading schematics or engineering drawings, basic wiring and soldering experience, and familiarity with digital multimeters (DMMs). 
- Basic computer literacy; Microsoft Excel proficiency a plus. 
 
- Work Conditions: On-site role with physical demands, including regular standing, lifting, and tool handling.
