Position Summary

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations related Warehouse /Receiving/Shipping ensuring the quality, safety and productivity standards. Drive the receiving, storing and material flow in the production processes until the shipping step, keeping a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the Warehouse team.
  • Execute their performance review and feedback processes.
  • Drive the operative activities of the area in the most effective way: receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping and tugging. Coordinate the activities between shifts.
  • Monitor the KPI for the area, drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans for those under performance.
  • Sustain 5s and EHS initiatives on the area, ensuring the actively participation of all the team members.
  • Function as Warehouse HPT Leader.
  • Optimize the space and warehouse resources.
  • Ensure the correct storage and control on the material and components located on the area, along with the system’s maintenance.
  • Control and maintain the MRO warehouse, ensuring the correct performance and accuracy.
  • Implement and supervise receiving and shipping procedures that accomplish the site metrics.
  • Monitor the correct performance and execution on the receiving & picking process daily, ensuring the correct execution and support on the problem solving for incidents.
  • Supervise the shipping process ensuring the correct information and execution flow to accomplish with the Export requirements for compliance.  Support on the problem solving for incidents.
  • Ensure the compliance with safety regulations, external audits for the Warehouse and Logistics, CTPAT security measures.
  • Implement and monitor the procedures to minimize risk and accidents on the area.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in warehouse processes and automation projects that helps to increase the operational efficiency.
  • Support on Develop CTPAT and OEA  
  • Responsible for the documents and transactions for compliance
  • Participate on projects with team members.
  • Participate on emergency Brigades.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Engineering is desire.
  • 2+ years responsible of Warehouse/Logistics
  • 3+ years’ experience leading others
  • OEA/CTPAT program knowledge (maintenance)
  • Advanced English
  • Warehouse and Logistics, CTPAT security measures.
  • Knowledge of foreign trade operations: import / export, virtual operations, regime changes.
  • Coordinate both daily import/export operational activities as well as those related to regulatory compliance.
  • Management and administration of the IMMEX program, Annex 24
  • Knowledge Annex 24 vs data stage 
  • Knowledge Inventory Management Systems.
  • Manage the internal / external customer service for foreign trade (boarding/customs processes and logistics issues.
  • Knowledge on Logistics (air, ground, sea)
  • Supply chain experience including warehouse receiving, inventory control, material flow, storage, shipping.
  • Experience working with team members and developing talent.
  • Monitoring shelf life for raw material and create laboratory request for usage
  • Responsible for the compliance with safety regulations, external audits for the Warehouse and Logistics, CTPAT security measures. 
  • Coordinate with CTPAT/OEA committee the management of the security controls & systems to ensure the compliance for the programs, executing the system´s maintenance and annual updates of the plant´s profile.
