What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Associate of Arts degree (AA) or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school, or 4 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
- Must possess coaching and development skills. 
- Strong judgment and decision making. 
- Prior experience in the Aviation industry, required. 
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license, required.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $32.17 to $39.72 hourly. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
