Description:You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the THAAD Subcontract Localization Team. Our team is responsible for driving end‑to‑end procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services that enable THAAD development, production, and post‑production activities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while standing up supply‑chain capabilities through localization.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Management Senior you will be responsible for leading subcontract activities that support the THAAD program’s global supply chain.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead end‑to‑end subcontract procurement for THAAD development and production.
- Manage localization efforts to establish supply‑chain capabilities in Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinate with international vendors to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
- Oversee contract administration, including negotiations, modifications, and close‑out.
- Provide risk assessments and mitigation strategies for subcontract performance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR procurement
regulations desired
• Working knowledge of standard contract types
• Experience with SAP based procurement
system
• Experience with PO Folders and managing
supplier contracts from SOW to closeout
• Ability to create and present using Microsoft
Office tools
• Ability to travel Internationally (Saudi Arabia)
• Ability to obtain or currently hold a secret
clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
