Join a leading independent provider of MRO services for fleet operations, lessors, OEMs, and adjusters globally. With over 30 years of industry experience, our company is an industry-leading performer constantly expanding into new markets worldwide. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to manage day-to-day operations at our SFO station, overseeing a team of 18-20 people. In this role, you will ensure safety, performance, and customer satisfaction while keeping schedules, budgets, and quality standards on track. Collaboration across functions is key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations, providing top-tier service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the LAX station with a focus on safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide top-tier service to customers at every step.
- Manage a team of 18-20 people, motivating and leading them effectively.
Essential Skills- Valid A&P license.
- Minimum of five years in a line maintenance leadership role.
- Solid technical understanding of commercial aircraft maintenance.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Familiarity with B767 aircraft and ability to work on A319, A320, A321, B737, B767, B777, & E190 after training.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working with commercial airlines and fractional operators.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including fingerprint check and drug screening.

Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled, with operations taking place outdoors in San Francisco, where the weather is generally on the colder side year-round. Work primarily takes place on the morning shift, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for weekends being a plus.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
