Responsibilities:
 - Drive the Everett Site Refresh plan to clean, organize, paint, and enhance the factory environment through cross-functional coordination. 
- Establish and maintain a core team cadence and operating rhythm for ongoing project visibility and execution. 
- Own and manage Everett site operations refresh data, ensuring accurate tracking and status reporting. 
- Design and facilitate integrated workshops to support phased execution planning. 
- Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Phasing Plan (IMPP) to track project milestones and dependencies. 
- Prepare and deliver executive-level leadership presentations to report progress, issues, and opportunities. 
- Develop or support an Operations Playbook (e.g., 5S methodologies) to ensure sustainable process improvements. 
- Partner with Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) to design and maintain a Project Control Room / Visibility Room for real-time updates and coordination. 
   
   
Qualifications:
 - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience. 
- 3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management. 
- Proven experience establishing and managing operating rhythms and structured team cadences. 
- Demonstrated success in developing master schedules or phasing plans and facilitating integrated workshops. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Project or Open Plan is a plus. 
- Skilled in developing and presenting executive-level communications and materials. 
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams. 
- Must be onsite in Everett, WA, with ability to collaborate with distributed teams. 
Preferred Qualifications:
 - 10+ years of related experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience. 
- Prior experience working within Boeing or directly at the Everett site. 
- Experience collaborating with GREF or facilities/engineering sustainment groups. 
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
