The Performance Manager is accountable to the MV CLCM Project Director for the establishment and ongoing management of the program Measurement and Analysis Plan to capture and analyse issues, providing recommendations and manage their implementation cross program.
Key Responsibilities
The Performance Manager, as a member of the Leadership team, is accountable for the proactive measurement framework across contractual measures (SPMS, KHIs) MV SPO meet or exceed requirements. This includes:
- Input to program strategy and implementing actions to achieve;
- Implementing a measurement and analysis framework and appropriate lead indictors to provide predictive analytics, ensuring the Navy operating intent is met by the MV support System;
- Identification, analysis and of treatment risks, issues and opportunities impacting the program and MV SPO outcomes;
- Reviewing the effectiveness of recommendations implemented to maintain the MV Support System;
- Provide visible leadership and mentoring to program personnel
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience:
- In collaborative enterprise environment - essential
- Current, demonstrable Maritime Sustainment Capability - essential
- Business growth opportunity identification and proposal responses - essential
- Maritime Platform systems knowledge and experience - essential
- With RAN ships up to and include Frigate capability/size - essential
- With the Maritime Sustainment Model - essential
- With transition & introduction to service of Navy Capability- desired
- Leading complex teams across multiple locations - essential
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication (including briefing papers, presentations, and reports).
- A tertiary qualification ( or equivalent experience) in a technical discipline.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Defence Security Clerance and access ITAR controlled technology.
