What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Must have a combination of management ability, leadership qualities, and be customer oriented. 
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 
- Must have a high school diploma, undergraduate college degree preferred. 
- Must have at least 15 years’ aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 10 years of experience in managing multiple aircraft maintenance programs and complex aircraft modifications. 
- Must have at least 7 years of management experience. 
- Must have FAA Airframe and Powerplant Licenses 
- Must possess effective oral and written communication skills, including good public speaking abilities.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $91,690.03 to $114,354.98 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
