As an IRB Process Lead - Aerospace Technologies here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and driving the IRB (Internal Review Board) process for our Aerospace Technologies business unit. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, as well as driving continuous improvement in the IRB process. Your expertise in risk management and process optimisation will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and reliability of our aerospace products and services.
You will report directly to our CMADS Snr Engineering Supervisor and youll work out of our Yeovil location, on a hybrid 3/2 work schedule.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the Global C&PS GTO org supporting IRP and IRB process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and compliance with AP1034 and AG5977 (racix). Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in conducting thorough assessments and providing recommendations for mitigation and process improvement.

Key responsibilities
• Lead and drive the IRB Teamcenter process implementation for the Aerospace Technologies business unit.
• Ensure solutions are generated for Teamcenter errors found within the captured IRB process.
• Maintaining of IRB CM and User Training Material as the IRB process evolves. Ensure any testing of IRB functionality is carried out to ensure no lost productivity to user community.
• Mentorship throughout the IRB cross-company community as required and on request ensuring users correctly action their given tasks, adhere and comply to process. Drive continuous improvement in the IRB process.
• Maintaining the Product Lifecycle Index in Teamcenter as required. Process IRB’s through to resolution
Key skills and qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in IRB, Configuration Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Project management skills. Continuous improvement mindset.
