About the RolePDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a Government Property Management Specialist to join our team, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance, accountability, and integrity in the management of company and government property — from acquisition through final disposition. Your attention to detail and commitment to precision will help keep critical aerospace programs running smoothly and in full regulatory compliance.
What You’ll DoAdminister contract terms related to acquisition, use, care, and disposal of company and government property.
Assist with audits, document control, and investigations of lost or damaged property.
Maintain accurate property records using company and government systems.
Coordinate and document ownership or location changes for all accountable property.
Conduct physical inventories and reconcile results to ensure full compliance with government regulations.
Verify property records, schedule maintenance services, and ensure all equipment is properly serviced.
Support scrapping and disposal activities, ensuring accurate documentation.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and vendors to maintain accuracy and compliance.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (typically 3+ years related work experience).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proven ability to follow compliance guidelines and procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in property management, logistics, or related fields.
Familiarity with government property management systems or compliance programs.

Pay Details: $33.63 to $38.53 per hour
