We are recruiting for Finance Manager ERP Systems for Bangalore, India.

The selected candidate will be responsible for Project WAHED, which is an ERP transformation project which takes care of ERP migration from current Oracle to Fusion Cloud. The manager is also responsible to proactively work with IT to access and enable IT needs for finance & procurement departments.

Accountabilities:

• Work with IT in formulating the IT work program which is in line with overall strategic roadmap for Finance.
• Responsible for functional overseeing of enterprise application such as Oracle E-Business suite specifically for finance & procurement.
• Manage direct reports on application testing relating to oracle bug fixes, report enhancements, new functions and version upgrades. Ensure timely resolution of functional issues by raising service request with Oracle and tracking to closure. Test solutions given by Oracle and coordinate with IT to implement the solution in production.
• Support and train users in effectively using of all Finance Applications
• Interact with section heads on application requirements to improve the process with respect to control, efficiency and standardize process.
• Manage, finance period closing activities with respect to ERP systems for Qatar Airways Group.
• Strictly adhere to processes and control to manage right level of access and to meet the growing user requirements related in Oracle ERP.
• Ensure data integrity of Oracle ERP, from end user perspective and data from various sources.
• Business Lead for IT projects to ensure deliverables are in line with business requirements. Provide functional inputs to IT for process/ functional improvements and report/ interface developments.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 6 years of job-related experience
• Super user level knowledge & experience of Oracle ERP systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information & records.
• Oracle Certification in Finance.
• Managerial skills- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
