Position: Director ofSales – Completion & MRO Services

Position Overview:
The Director of Sales isa key leadership role responsible for driving business growth in Comlux’sCompletion and MRO division, with a strong focus on narrow-body VVIP aircraft.This role requires an experienced, results-driven individual who can lead strategicsales initiatives, expand our global customer base, and position Comlux as thepremier provider of maintenance, refurbishment, and completion services. Youwill also contribute to the expansion into the large-cabin segment by buildingmeaningful partnerships and delivering tailored client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
 - Lead and execute global sales     strategies to promote Comlux’s VVIP completion and MRO capabilities, with     primary emphasis on narrow-body platforms at our Indianapolis facility.
- Expand presence across key     spanets in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia by identifying new     business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with     high-net-worth individuals, government officials, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with spaneting,     design, and engineering teams to develop compelling campaigns, client     presentations, and engagement tools aligned with regional sales goals.
- Regularly report pipeline     activity, revenue forecasts, and business insights to senior leadership     while proactively identifying risks or strategic shifts needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of     customer experience and reinforce Comlux’s culture of craftsmanship,     integrity, and precision in every client interaction.
- Foster collaborative     relationships with design teams to ensure client expectations are met     throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Balance and prioritize multiple     high-impact initiatives and client needs simultaneously in a fast-paced,     dynamic sales environment.
Required Experience& Qualifications:
 - Minimum of 7–10 years of     experience in aviation sales, with a proven track record in business     development, particularly within the VVIP completions or aircraft MRO     sectors.
- Deep knowledge of the global     business aviation spanet, including key players, trends, and regulatory     considerations in North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills     with the ability to influence at C-level and build trust with a diverse     client base including royal families, heads of state, and     ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong commercial acumen and     negotiation ability, with the confidence to navigate complex,     multi-stakeholder deals.
- Willingness to travel extensively     for client meetings, trade shows, and strategic engagements.
PreferredQualifications:
 - Advanced degree in Business,     Aviation Management, or Engineering.
- Project Management Professional     (PMP) certification or similar.
- Previous experience leading sales     initiatives for narrow-body and/or wide-body VVIP aircraft refurbishment     or completions.

   INTRODUCTORYPERIOD
Please note that youwill be on a ninety (90) day probation, during which your performance will beevaluated.    Comlux shall periodicallyreview your performance and ability to perform each of the essential functions ofyour position identified above prior to the expiration of the probationaryperiod.    If you fail to pass theperformance review or display behavioral issues or fail to meet expectationsfor reporting to work on time as scheduled, you shall be considered as havingfailed to qualify for continued employment during the probationary period, inwhich case Comlux shall be entitled to immediately terminate your employment.
