Sr. Aircraft Maintenance Technician
Job Description:

My client is new to Love Field, they are not new to our industry. The organization and its principles are well established and highly respected within our industry.

With high standards and resources to match, my client is already making a positive impact on the FAA Part 145 MRO community here in the DFW Metroplex. They are committed to providing a safe and stable work environment for all their team members, and their goal is to exceed the expectations of their employees, customers, and shareholders.
 
They also operate out of a beautiful, 40,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled hangar, providing exceptional service focused on Bombardier wide-body series aircraft, as well as other business aviation platforms.
  • Provide first-class maintenance services for Part 145 Repair Station.
  • Perform work assigned including the overhaul, repair, alterations, assembly, servicing, and the performance of routine maintenance and non-routine maintenance on aircraft, components, or related parts of the aircraft.
  • While working on aircraft components or related parts of the aircraft, perform work as outlined on the applicable work forms and in accordance with the manufacturer’s maintenance manuals as well as the company 145 Repair Station manual and sign for the accomplishment of such work on applicable work forms and records. Responsible for the work they perform.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have  an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in business jet maintenance environment.
  • Large cabin Bombardier and Gulfstream airframe experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in using computerized aircraft maintenance programs and manuals.
  • Engine run and Taxi qualified on business aircraft, desired.
  • Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts and schematics.
  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments necessary to perform job assignments.
  • Outstanding customer relations abilities required.
  • Must demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must comply with all safety and housekeeping policies.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours based on Repair Station production.
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to comply with DOT Drug & Alcohol testing requirements.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours based on Repair Station production.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
