Position Overview:We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Mechanics. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in automotive or construction trades who are eager to build a career in mechanical maintenance and repair. Completion of high school required, participation in FFA or Agricultural (AG) courses is a plus. A skill assessment test will be required during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform basic mechanical repairs, maintenance, and inspections on equipment and machinery.
* Assist senior mechanics with troubleshooting and diagnostics.
* Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
* Follow technical manuals, diagrams, and instructions.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed.
* Support general shop operations, including cleaning, organizing tools, and preparing work areas.
* Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Completion of FFA or Agricultural (AG) course is a plus
* Automotive or construction trade experience preferred (school or work-based).
* Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment during the interview process.
* Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused. Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
