RESPONSIBILITIES: To work as a team member within the Structural Repair Department of Preferred Air parts. Emphasis is the sheet metal repair of airframes.

REPORTS TO: Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, Structural Repair Department

DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Repair of the sheet metal structure of aircraft including fuselage, wings, stabilizers and control surfaces, as part of the whole aircraft repair process.
• Repair of aircraft structural components including wings, stabilizers, control surfaces etc for sale by Preferred Airparts.
• Repair of structural defects and/or modification of aircraft operated by Priority Air Charter.
• Airframe and Powerplant License Not Required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:

• Bending, Stooping, Standing, Twisting, Climbing Stairs, repetitively throughout the shift.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders
