About the Company:
Join a well-established flight operation and maintenance facility located in the Bay Area, serving a diverse fleet of 63 general aviation aircraft. We specialize in high-quality maintenance and repair services for piston-engine aircraft including Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, Diamond, and Cirrus.
Position Overview:
We are seeking four A&P Mechanics to support our growing maintenance operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of general aviation experience to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Candidates with Inspection Authorization (IA) are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on general aviation aircraft
- Conduct inspections in accordance with FAA regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and avionics issues
- Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records
- Collaborate with flight operations to ensure aircraft readiness
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- FAA A&P Certification (required)
- General aviation maintenance experience (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must own basic tools (monthly tool stipend provided)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
