JOB TITLE:  A&P Mechanic - Avionics / Electrical

Summary:  
  Perform flight test installations and aircraft functional testing.
 Assist in troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems, isolating mechanical or electrical/electronic faults, and repairing faulty components.
 Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks, maintenance, and modification actions.
 Resolve identified problems during operation and testing of deliverable products.
 Verify the accuracy of work performed and conduct self-inspections as needed.
 Support system and sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance for delivery readiness.
 Participate in defining assignment details to achieve objectives.
 Plan and organize activities with guidance from leads; work is reviewed upon completion.
 
Requirements:
  High School diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent education (vocational school/Associate degree).
 Ability to work any shift, including days, nights, and weekends.
 6 months of avionics and/or electrical experience.
 6 months experience with live aircraft systems and flight operations.
 6 months experience/knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) risk.
 Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
