The candidate will be responsible for managing the stockroom, handling all parts ordering and computer tracking, logistics, forecasting, inventory control, shipping and receiving, contract/vendor negotiations, and assisting in client/customer sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage the stockroom efficiently.
- Handle parts ordering and maintain accurate computer tracking.
- Oversee logistics and inventory control.
- Perform forecasting to ensure inventory meets demand.
- Conduct shipping and receiving tasks.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Assist in client and customer sales interactions.
Essential Skills- Background in logistics, purchasing, marketing, sales, or customer service.
- Experience interfacing with customers and clients.
- Willingness to learn aircraft parts and technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Possession of a valid drivers license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or forecasting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and software.
- Experience with parts distribution and inventory management.
- Knowledge of packaging, loading, and material handling.

Work Environment
Work in a P145 bench shop for avionics, primarily in the parts room, office, and shop. The role offers a standard shift from 6:30/7:30 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
