Job Title: Parts Clerk
Job DescriptionThe role of a Parts Clerk involves managing the full cycle of invoicing, ordering, and inventory for the GSE shop. This position requires both computer and hands-on work, including writing purchase orders, placing orders, reviewing inventory, receiving parts, stocking, and conducting weekly physical inventory counts. Collaborating with technicians to ensure timely ordering and placement of parts is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of invoicing, ordering, and inventory for the GSE shop.
- Write purchase orders and place orders.
- Review and maintain inventory records.
- Receive and stock parts, conducting weekly physical inventory counts.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely ordering and placement of parts.
Essential Skills- 2-3 years of inventory experience.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer literacy.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain an airport badge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.

Work Environment
The position operates on the first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no overtime required. The work is based at the airport, offering a dynamic environment with a smaller team of six individuals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
