JOB TITLE:  Composite Tech  
 LOCATION:  Bridgeport, WV

Summary:  
  Perform complex fabrication and assembly of parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies in both a manufacturing setting and on customer aircraft. 
 Responsibilities may include adhesive bonding, composite layup, painting, drilling, tool handling, and coordination across departments to ensure timely delivery.
 Assemble bonded metallic and composite parts
 Support related tasks: trim/drill, painting, composite layup, and tool movement
 Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and verbal/written instructions
 Use hand/power tools, precision measuring devices, and epoxy/resin materials
 Maintain tools and work area; complete all documentation accurately
 Contribute to process improvement initiatives
 
Requirements:
  High school diploma/GED
 7+ years    relevant experience, or equivalent (e.g., vocational school + 5 years, Bachelor   s + 2 years)
 Proficient with hand tools, blueprint reading, and precision measurements
 Strong multitasking, communication, and initiative
 Must be able to work 2nd shift (training on 1st)
 Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with proper PPE
 May require extended hours or overtime
 Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
 
Desired Skills:
  A&P license, advanced vocational/military technical training
 Familiarity with FAA manufacturing and documentation
 Experience with close-tolerance work and composite materials
