Position Summary​

Working under the direction of the staging control clerk and supervisors, the warehouse material picker is responsible for gathering appropriate items to fill incoming orders and locating needed materials.

​

Essential Duties:

         Reading a pick list provided by the stager or supervisor.​

         Removing the material from the proper location based on the pick list.​

         Verifying the material is correct against the picking list.​

         Notifying the stager or supervisor of material not in proper location.​

         Placing the picked material on the associated rack in the warehouse.​

         Housekeeping of the warehouse at end of shift.​

         Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements​

         18 years of age or older.​

         High School Diploma / GED or higher required​

         Able to work 40 hours a week and overtime on request​Forklift experience a plus​

         Computer proficiency

         Knowledge of Logistics operations, ERP functionality (SAP) and working knowledge of MS Office​

         Experience in warehouse and inventory management is required​

         Aviation experience is a plus​

Physical Demands:

              Ability to lift 50 pounds​

              Ability to stand or walk for extended period.​
