This role is an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in creating stunning finishes on aircraft interior components and see your work take to the skies.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and implement processes and procedures set by our clients and customers.

• Prepare materials such as metals, wood veneers, and plastics through sanding, buffing, and staining.

• Mix primers and paints accurately according to specifications.

• Apply high-build clear coat finishes, then sand and buff to achieve a high-gloss effect.

• Work independently or collaboratively to meet quality standards.

• Maintain compliance with all safety rules and regulations.

• Pass pre-employment and random DOT-regulated drug and/or alcohol tests.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in aircraft interior finishing preferred.
