Responsibilities:
 - Coordinate supply chain activities across a globally distributed supplier base using standard Supply Chain Management (SCM) practices. 
- Track and manage production schedules (seat installation, certification, customer deliverables) to align with aircraft program timelines. 
- Issue and manage purchase orders using SAP or other ERP systems; ensure compliance with purchase order (PO) requirements. 
- Monitor and report supply chain metrics to leadership within the Seats and Airplane Program teams. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
- Collect, analyze, and publish performance reports for internal organizational tracking. 
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency. 
- Provide on-call support, including evenings and weekends, as needed. 
   
   
Qualifications:
 - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
- 1+ years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP. 
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. 
- 1+ years of experience in Operations, Materials Management, or Supply Chain within a production or manufacturing environment. 
Preferred Qualifications:
 - 3+ years of supply chain or operations experience, or equivalent education and experience. 
- Experience working directly with suppliers and cross-level leadership. 
- Exposure to continuous process improvement initiatives. 
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions with limited data and drive solutions independently.
