Summary:  
  Provide vision, build strong relationships, energize teams, deliver results, coordinate roadmaps, and model excellence and accountability.
 Manage HWIL development, software/hardware test, and integration efforts across multiple product lines with diverse technical and contractual requirements.
 Direct development and sustainment of HWIL capabilities, including sensor modeling and closed-loop simulation.
 Partner with internal R&D to define and implement next-generation HWIL capabilities supporting evolving mission needs.
 
Requirements:
  Active Secret clearance
 Bachelor   s degree in Electrical or Software Engineering (or related field)
 5+ years of professional experience
 Proven leadership of large, multi-functional IPTs in HWIL or sensor test environments
 Strong understanding of real-time HWIL integration, simulation, and digital modeling
 Expertise in Systems Engineering processes and HWIL verification methodologies
 Hands-on hardware testing experience in lab environments
 Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
 Electrical and software troubleshooting
 Electronic testing, hardware/software integration, systems integration
 User acceptance testing, proposals, and technical reporting
 Development program efforts and Cost Account Management (CAM)
 RF subsystem design, integration, and test (Up/Down-conversion, attenuation, IR systems, projectors)
 C++ integration of digital models into real-time closed-loop simulations
 Simulation of Datalink, GPS, IMUs, and CAS
 1   2 years writing proposals and reports
 PPE required: hard-toed ESD shoes/boots and protective eyewear
 Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
