Position Summary
Our trainee program is designed to develop recent graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields (required). The program provides practical, hands-on experience to help you gain a comprehensive understanding of the engineering field.The goal of the program is to begin your flying career at Parker Hannifin Mexico.
Responsibilities
Support in Engineering ProjectsAssist in the design, development, and improvement of products and processes under the guidance of the engineering team.
Technical Problem Analysis and ResolutionParticipate in identifying and solving equipment and system issues, applying both theoretical and practical knowledge.
Implementation of Testing and ValidationSupport prototype testing activities and collect and analyze data to validate technical specifications.
Technical DocumentationPrepare reports, manuals, and technical documentation related to projects and tasks performed.
Learning and Applying Standards and RegulationsBecome familiar with and apply industry quality and safety standards, as well as Parker Hannifin’s internal policies.
Cross-Departmental CollaborationWork closely with other departments such as production, quality, and maintenance to ensure proper implementation of technical solutions.
Participation in Training and MeetingsAttend technical training sessions and progress meetings to enhance skills and contribute to project advancement.
Support Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvements and propose ideas to optimize efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Robotics or similar
- English Level: Proficient
- Basic knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, interpretation of plans
