Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 10-hour shifts

Summary:
Design and implement robotic automation solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency
Program and integrate Fanuc and Epson robots with PLCs and existing production systems
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automated systems for maximum uptime and throughput
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and automation opportunities
Create and maintain technical documentation for robotic systems
Support machine tending operations and automation of manual stations
Drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices across automation efforts
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
5+ years of experience in robotics or automation, preferably in high-volume, low-mix manufacturing
4 6 years of hands-on experience with:
PLC programming and controls integration
Industrial robotics (Fanuc and Epson highly preferred)
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC methodologies
Proven ability to drive efficiency, uptime, and productivity improvements
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
Lean Manufacturing
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
