Summary:
Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications to automate data engineering tasks using the latest GenAI models
Translate complex AI concepts into clear, understandable lessons
Apply best practices in AI development, including prompt engineering and model selection
Requirements:
10+ years of experience
Bachelors degree required
Building AI agents using tandem and parallel models
Experience with Agentic frameworks (e.g., IBM Orchestrate optional)
Knowledge of model selection based on project needs (e.g., Meta vs OpenAI)
Prompt engineering: clear prompt writing, input standardization for RAG
Expert in Python
Familiar with key libraries and tools:
Scikit-learn
TensorFlow
OpenAI
Pandas
Regex
Flask (optional)
Requests (optional)
Natural Language Processing (NLP): tokenization, chunking, vector datastores
Experience deploying scalable AI models
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL (e.g., SAP HANA, DB2, SQL Server)
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Highly motivated and self-driven
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
