Responsibilities:
 - Analyze shuttle/bus performance data, including ridership, on-time performance, and utilization, to identify trends and improvement opportunities. 
- Develop and implement route and schedule optimization strategies to reduce wait times, increase efficiency, and improve service quality. 
- Design service improvement initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, incorporating data insights, feedback, and industry best practices. 
- Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-effective operational strategies without compromising service standards. 
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings, KPIs, and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and leadership. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, facilities, and transportation vendors, to align goals and resolve operational issues. 
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to guide continuous service improvement and boost user satisfaction. 
- Contribute to the development of transportation policies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards 
   
   
Qualifications:
 - Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 
- Extensive experience managing or analyzing shuttle/bus programs in a corporate or campus environment. 
- 3+ years of experience in transportation analysis, logistics, or operations, with emphasis on optimization and service improvement. 
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, or similar platforms. 
- Working knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards (preferred). 
- On-site work or occasional local travel may be required depending on service area coverage.
