Responsibilities:
 - Integrate planning and change decisions to improve supply chain outcomes. 
- Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) best practices across global operations. 
- Analyze complex material requirements to ensure production needs are met. 
- Verify and incorporate Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into production plans. 
- Determine and maintain accurate part number attributes. 
- Evaluate system requirements and resource availability to release and manage orders. 
- Monitor and ensure on-time delivery; resolve order delays and schedule adherence issues. 
- Develop and control inventory management strategies to optimize material flow. 
- Analyze and disposition excess or obsolete inventory. 
- Lead or support inventory audits. 
- Create detailed production schedules for goods and services. 
- Support proposal efforts through material and schedule estimating. 
- Drive process improvements by establishing and implementing materials management best practices. 
- Leverage data tools such as Access databases and Tableau for analysis and reporting. 
   
   
Qualifications:
 - 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management. 
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain forecasting and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). 
- 3+ years of experience interpreting Bills of Material (BOM). 
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Access and Tableau is highly desired. 
- 5+ years of related experience or a combination of work and military service is preferred. 
- Direct experience with supplier management is a strong plus. 
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred. 
- On-site work or travel may be required depending on program or production needs.
