Description: You will be the Subcontract Administrator Staff for our procurement team. Our team is responsible for developing and administering subcontracts to support the development, production, and global sustainment of our products and services.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator Staff, you will be responsible for creating and managing subcontracts for the procurement of construction, materials, equipment, and services. You will play a key role in supporting our construction Site Agreements and ensuring the successful execution of our subcontracting processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions
• Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders conferences, and evaluating proposals
• Negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending subcontractors, and administering resulting subcontracts
• Coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts
• Participating in the development of subcontract policies and procedures
• Signing supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority

Basic Qualifications:

•Proficient in computer applications, including SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with the ability to learn and utilize new software and tools
•Proven knowledge and experience in procurement and contracting, with a strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFAR), Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP), or other relevant acquisition policies and procedures
Technical expertise in construction, building trades, materials, industrial gases, machinery, and maintenance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a subcontract administration context
•Ability to travel as required, with a flexible and adaptable approach to supporting business needs

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
