Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum Experience
- A minimum of Two years of experience in project development/scheduling or data science.
- Experience in Government contracting is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge and experience with DoD Integrated Schedule (IMS) or Production Scheduling/MRP development, maintenance, and enhancement, with ability to reflect and defend traceability between the two documents and all relevant contractual documents
- Experience or ability to quickly learn about the development and maintenance of time-phased logically connected, resource loaded program schedules and networks and be able to explain them to the detail level
- Defines, estimates, and interrelates detailed tasks, work packages, and summary tasks into a logically connected network defining the work schedule to be accomplished for contract execution
- Knowledge of the DCMA 14 Point analysis process desirable.
- Works closely with technical subject matter experts.
- Familiar with Earned value management, preferably in schedule development and program management.
- Experience with designing and performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) per DoD guidelines on contractual IMS products desirable.
- Manipulates schedule and SRA products in order to plan, anticipate, and identify risks to program management and engineering staff and support risk mitigation activities
- Experience and certification in Microsoft Project or Primavera desirable.
