Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator supports Jet Access’s spaneting initiatives through content development, graphic design, promotional writing, event planning, and trade show coordination. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams to produce compelling visual and written content while managing the logistics of events and digital spaneting campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring both creative expertise and strong organizational skills to enhance brand presence and drive business growth across all verticals.
Core Schedule:
- Days: Monday through Friday (In-Office)
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events and initiatives (estimated 4–5 weekend events per year).
Compensation:
- Base Salary of $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 (annualized), paid bi-weekly
- This position is classified as FLSA Exempt
Day in the Life:
As Marketing Coordinator at Jet Access, youll create compelling visual and written content while managing trade show logistics and supporting campaign execution. This role combines creative expertise with hands-on coordination to enhance our brand presence across all service lines. Heres what your role encompasses:
Creative Content Development
- Design and produce spaneting materials including aircraft fleet sheets, specification sheets, digital advertisements, and print collateral
- Create engaging social media graphics, posts, and digital advertisements that aligns with brand standards
- Develop presentation materials and sales support documents for various business verticals
- Design promotional materials for events, trade shows, and industry conferences
- Produce internal communications materials and team member engagement content
Promotional Writing & Communications
- Draft press releases, news announcements, and company communications
- Write compelling social media copy across multiple platforms
- Develop website content, blog posts, and spaneting copy for campaigns
- Create email spaneting content and newsletters using Marketing Cloud
- Support recruitment spaneting efforts with targeted content creation
Trade Show & Event Coordination
- Support trade show logistics including booth setup assistance, promotional material preparation, and vendor coordination
- Purchase supplies, collateral materials, and promotional items while managing inventory of promotional merchandise
- Coordinate packing, shipping, and transportation of spaneting materials and booth components
- Handle on-site event coordination including material setup, booth management, and post-event breakdown
- Serve as brand ambassador at events and trade shows, engaging with clients and prospects to promote Jet Accesss services
Marketing Support & Campaign Execution
- Assist in executing spaneting campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Maintain spaneting content calendar and coordinate deliverables with team members
- Collaborate with external vendors and creative contractors on project execution
- Track campaign performance and assist with analytics reporting
- Support procurement of spaneting materials and coordinate with print vendors
Brand Management & Quality Control
- Ensure all creative output maintains consistent brand standards and messaging
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and spaneting resources
- Support brand compliance across all business divisions and locations
- Complete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet Accesss continued growth and success

What will make you successful:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in spaneting, communications, or graphic design roles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) required
- Strong graphic design skills with portfolio demonstrating creative capabilities
- Excellent written communication skills with experience in promotional writing
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented approach with commitment to quality and brand consistency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Additional Qualities That Will Make You Successful:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email spaneting platforms
- Proficiency with spaneting tools such as Canva, CoSchedule, or comparable platforms
- Photography and video editing skills
- Background in aviation, travel, or luxury service industries preferred
- Strong understanding of digital spaneting best practices and SEO principles
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of print production processes, vendor management, and procurement
- Familiarity with shipping, transportation, and inventory management for spaneting materials
- Demonstrated ability to support comprehensive event planning, trade show coordination, and logistics management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including keyword research, bid strategies, and audience targeting
